Souper soup! You could have your recipe published in a new competition
As the days get longer and colder, soup once again becomes the nations favourite and to go to meal.
Soup is a great winter warmer and many of us have our favourite homemade recipes, and others dare I write this… love the pre-made soups out of the tin or from the fridge section of your local supermarket.
Do you think you have a winning recipe that reflects your city or town and or your home county? Is this stored away in one of your many handwritten recipe books? If you think that you might have winning recipe then yours could be re-created by Convent Garden Soup.
Michelin star chef, Paul Merrett, and CEO of Hains Daniels, Jeremy Hudson, spoke to me about the competition. You can listen to the full interview below. I started off asking Paul about the competition and why people should enter.
