It has taken years to perfect, but these are my gluten free Yorkshire puddings that are perfect with any Sunday roast, or even as a treat during the week.

It has taken years to perfect this recipe, and I am now happy with it and ready to share. It has taken a lot of patience and has meant consuming tens of these golden crispy delights, as well as throwing several straight into the bin.   Read the rest of this entry

Eating out and being gluten free or having any type of special diet can be challenging. When I first discovered that I could not eat wheat I dreaded going out for a meal, and found restaurant menus very limiting.

Today, it is a very different story and eight years on I love going out to eat. I take the time to either call the restaurant and find out if they have a gluten free options or do a quick Google search. There are lots of restaurants local and chains in the UK that have a have gluten free menu.
